Dudhsagar Falls
1 / 4The Experience
Dudhsagar Trek is one of the most iconic and adventurous monsoon treks in India, known for its majestic four-tiered waterfall cascading from a height of over 300 meters. Located on the Goa–Karnataka border inside the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary, the trek takes you along railway tracks, lush forests, and river crossings to reach the breathtaking Dudhsagar Falls. The total trek distance varies from 20 to 22 km and is of moderate difficulty, ideal for fit beginners and seasoned trekkers. Best experienced during the monsoon months (June to September), the trail offers stunning greenery and misty views. Forest permission and local guide are mandatory.
