Welcome to Malnad Trails. By booking a trek or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payments

A booking is confirmed only upon the receipt of the required advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the trek as per the instructions provided by your Trek Lead or our administrative team.

2. Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy dictates that cancellations made 15+ days prior to the departure date are eligible for a 90% refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows.

3. Health and Fitness

Trekking in the Western Ghats involves navigating rugged terrain and requires a basic level of physical fitness. By participating, you declare that you are medically fit and do not suffer from any conditions that could endanger yourself or others during the trek.

4. Code of Conduct

Malnad Trails strictly prohibits the consumption of alcohol, illegal substances, and smoking during our treks. We operate in eco-sensitive zones; any form of littering or disrespecting local wildlife and communities will result in immediate removal from the trek without a refund.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Malnad Trails cannot be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the trip. You participate at your own risk.
