The Experience

Bandaje Falls Trek is one of the most scenic and adventurous treks in the Western Ghats of Karnataka. Located in the Charmadi Ghats region, the trail takes you through dense forests, rolling grasslands, mist-covered mountains and beautiful landscapes before leading to the spectacular Bandaje Falls. The trek is especially rewarding during the Neelakurinji blooming season, when parts of the mountain landscape can be covered in beautiful purple flowers, creating a truly memorable trekking experience. The journey is not just about reaching the waterfall — the changing landscapes, challenging climbs and panoramic views make the entire trail an adventure. After trekking through the wilderness, reaching Bandaje Falls feels like the perfect reward.

DAY-0 Departure from Bengaluru

Overnight journey from Bangalore. 08:00 PM Pick up from Nadaprabhu kempegowda metro station (Metro station exit-B) 08:30 PM Pick up from Yeshwanthpur metro station (Tumkur Road) 09:00 PM Pickup from people tree hospital, Gorguntepalya

DAY-1 Bandaje Falls Trek

05:00 AM Arrive at the Homestay and fresh-up 06:00 AM Have breakfast and carry packed lunch boxes for the trek 06:30 AM Depart from homestay on an adventures Jeep Ride to base camp 07:00 AM Start the trek 11:00 AM Reach the summit and enjoy packed lunch with breathtaking views 12:00 PM Start the descend towards the forest check-post 05:00 PM Reach the base point 05:30 PM Reach homestay and have evening snacks 08:00 PM Enjoy the campfire and have local cuisine dinner & relax for the day

Day -2 Exploration and return to Bengaluru
